3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

We use Authorized Partner for our delivery services. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose:

Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata): 6-7 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 8-10 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: 10-15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimated and subject to courier availability, local weather conditions, and customs processes.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking the package.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In cases where a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect the package, we will notify you. You may request reshipment, but additional shipping fees will apply.
